Please meet Ziggy, our new addition. Sired by Ch. Speis O Lif's Crown Royal (Trouble's brother), & his dam is Ch. Speis O Lif's Sassafras. His pedigree contains too numerous to mention Champions, & ROM Champions. I have to admit that he looks great not only on paper, but in person. Look at the bone structure & dimensions he already exhibits in his puppy stage. I didn't think we would be able to find any puppy that could come close to Vince as a new founding stud, but through the work & compassion of several knowledgeable Basset Hound breeders, they have presented us with another wonderful opportunity to let our dog's shine. We will keep you posted on his progress in the show ring. This little guy not only has the conformation to draw your attention, but boy does he have the personality to make life more fun!

This is Charlie. He is a red & white alittle over 2 years old. He is the child of 2 Champions. Well, I am going to have to admit that I wasn't crazy about this dog when he first arrived. It took awhile for him to fill in & mature .Usually I am the one working with him & stacking him, so I wasn't real aware of what he really looked like stacked. I went out & took this photo one day when my husband was working with him. I took a a picture & thought he looked much better than I remember him looking. I kept telling my husband, "This can't be Charlie". I have had him with me for about a year & never realized how far he has come. He is my husbands dog. I am really proud of how far he has come also. He is a very loving, beautiful, fun dog to be around. He has really become a people dog, and loves women, men, & children all alike. Charlie is the type of dog that would love to go anywhere with you, especially camping. He loves the outdoors, he is the first one in the water, & stay out of his way when it comes time to get in the car because he is first in. He is great traveling. Oh my, my, my! He also has 3 siblings out of his litter that have already finished their show titles. We are looking for a vry specific type of new family for him. He has the potential (and training) to show, or the personality to make a great new family member (with neutering). If you feel you have the right type of situation for him, we are open to discussing it with you.
