Male #2-DOMINO O.K., look at those ears, he is just too gorgeous. I'm always telling this guy that he is too smart for his own good. He's a fast learner, & doesn't forget. It only took one time of grooming & he got it. The next time I called him for grooming, he hid. Then I got him in the bathroom, I called him into the shower, he hid. Then he learned to open the shower door, & kept opening it and letting everybody out. This also works to my advantage if it is something he wants to take part in, he just does it on his own (going outside to potty, going into his crate, getting himself a toy, etc.). I personally love a dog that has a mind of his own & shows his intelligence!

Male #1-CRACKER This guy is my favorite. We each have our own favorites. His red is slightly lighter than the others. He is probably just a bit more of the cuddlier of the group. Actually, he is a huge cuddler. I even included a picture of him sleeping with Vanessa one night. I think the pictures speak for themselves. He is not only a cute loving sweetie pie, but he is preeety!!!! Cracker has trained really well, except he thinks he should give you kisses if your face is anywhere within reach. That made it really difficult to take the first photo because all he wanted to do was love. I think Cracker has alot to offer to any new home, but especially to a home that is looking for a new best friend for their child. Don't get me wrong, he spends the majority of his time with just me, but I know he truly loves the children.

Male #4-Peanut Butter My daughter's favorite. He got his nickname from his color & because my daughter says he is sweet like peanut butter. I mean just look at that first picture, don't you just want to hug the stuffing out of him. He is soooo cute! Peanut Butter loves everybody & everydoggy he meets. He is a well rounded puppy, totally devoted to the people around him. He has everything to offer. Peanut Butter is a wonderful, fun, loving baby with tons of personality, mixed with high quality looks & smarts. He is pretty inquisitive too, looking out the window all the time to see what is out there. I don't think you could ask for anything more of a new family member!

Male #3-DIGGER My husband's favorite. JUST LOOK AT ALL THAT EXTRA SKIN! He is absolutely beautiful to look at, in the first picture you can see that wonderful head & front end, and then in the second you can see what a nice natural stance he has in the rear. All the puppies in this litter are a very nice quality, but he is probably the best (just slightly). What we should have called him was GOOFY, because that suits him perfectly. He is a wonderful loving boy, but he just can't seem to figure out front from back, or anything else. He is just so fun to watch. He will run one way, & then the other. He will run into a wall, bounce off, & then take off again. Then he has to run up to you to get kisses, & take off the other way again. I have never met a Basset like him.

I would like to take a few minutes and say some things. I hope I don't sound like I am lecturing, but passing information on. I do not mean to offend anyone. We are not a "puppy mill", or broker. We only sell puppies from our own dogs that we have raised here on the farm. Our dogs are 30 years in the "making" & we know their health & temperament well. We love our dogs, and we love our babies. We will not sell to a broker, pet shop, or "puppy mill". Please do not ask us to. I have to know the person getting our babies and feel comfortable with their new family and home. I also want to pass on one more piece of advise. Please always check not only the health of the parents of any puppy you choose, but what they actually look like. Remember the parents are a good indicator of what you new baby will grown up to look like. Let's face it, you are about to lay out a lot of money on the puppy you choose. Please make sure they are of superior quality and health. Of course most of all, make sure they are the dog for you. You want them to be around for a long time. O.K., I am going to hush now because I have rattled on long enough. Thanks for putting up with me.
